fantastic base for exploring the race course and parks

I absolutely loved my stay, as it was an ideal place for visiting the vibrant Wanchai area and so close to the Race Course Happy Valley. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful during my visit.

dorsett offers a comfortable room with good amenities. the water fountains on each floor are a great touch! it's centrally located, making it easy to explore. i also appreciated the helpful staff who provide umbrellas for rainy days. being close to cheung sha beach for sunbathing was a bonus!

The lack of slopes made checking in a struggle with my suitcase, and the staff provided little assistance during my stay.

Our stay was marred by noise from the lift shafts, and the mattress was uncomfortable with a dip in the center. The room felt cramped, making it difficult to navigate.

Plus, the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch! On top of that, the location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation. The duty manager's kindness during a tough moment showed true hospitality.

The beds were super comfortable in the spacious, clean deluxe triple room with a great city view. A convenient water cooler dispenser right outside the room was perfect for late-night hydration. Additionally, the air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. However, the hotel's location made it somewhat difficult to access local shopping without a bit of a walk. Breakfast choices could have been broader beyond the Asian options available.
